Kubo hachiman shrine



Kubo hachiman shrine was started in 859 and the buildings were build around 1550. Wow! about 450 years before?! Amazing!

It's most interesting point of this shrine that have both factor, Shintoism & buddhism.

Normally shrine is for Shintoism and temple is for buddhism.




It's too wide, so I can't be settle in the picture!
The guide board says this is the biggest one in this style, ah, I haven't take a picture, but Torii
(the gate for the shrien) is the oldest wooden one in Japan.
